meet the founder
Endo United was founded by Sonali Patel, a board certified integrative health coach and longtime advocate for women’s health whose own journey with endometriosis shaped her life’s purpose. After years of navigating complex symptoms, the emotional toll of delayed diagnosis and an eventual surgical treatment with a leading specialist, Sonali transformed her lived experience into a mission to ensure no one feels unheard or unsupported. Blending her background in integrative wellness, trauma-informed care, nutrition, and community-building, she now provides compassionate endometriosis coaching that centers education, empowerment, and whole-person healing. Sonali created Endo United to offer the resources, validation, and connection she wished she had—building a safe, inspiring, and transformative space for every patient and caregiver touched by endometriosis.
